Fulei Ngangmuta (She/They/We) is The Resourceful Liberator™, consultant, cultural authority, communicator & BlackQueerChronicallyIllDisabledFemme womanist, independent scholar, wellness practitioner, speaker, tarot reader, & diviner with over a decade of coaching experience and 3 decades of leadership experience spanning multiple industries.
She focuses on transformation, healing, interdependence, and liberation for all oppressed people especially, Black people in & of the African diaspora. She is motivated to shift the paradigm in the lives of Black, Indigenous, Queer, Trans, & PoGM who are chronically ill, disabled, &/or neurospicy through the ethic of ease, joy, and pleasure coupled with her background in advocacy, Disability Justice, fashion design & marketing, events management & strategy, Global Studies & International Relations, economics, and entrepreneurship.
She began her entrepreneurship journey in 2007, then pivoted into creating Fulei Ngangmuta Enterprise in 2018 where she has been coaching, consulting, and implementing change design for Black-centric and multicultural organizations looking for curriculum development, program management and facilitation, and creating culturally responsive frameworks, all the while recognizing the harmful gaps within multiple systems enacted upon marginalized communities & individuals.
Being a multi-hyphenate, Fulei saw too many, like her, settle for the status quo, leave their dreams deferred & abandoned, & hide their full personhood while continuing to be erased by these oppressive systems.
In 2023, she honed her skills through the Unlock Your Expert™ Coaching Academy led by Ebony L. Green, The Rachet Sage™, she developed a clearer vision for her liberation work that embodied her expertise where she exposed erasure and furthered developed her insight into The System of Erasure™. So in 2024, she founded The Anlu Collective™, a coaching and consulting boutique firm geared to multiple marginalized identities & gendered people (MMIDs & MaGes), guiding them to liberate their full personhood to become Resourceful Liberators™ and eventual Erasure Disruptors™.
As an African tribal mystic, she utilizes her indigenous healing wisdom, psychic gifts, and claircognizance through tarot & mixed mediums to help those seeking to deconstruct the ISMs, find freedom, and create their heaven on earth. Fulei’s initial tarot training came through her ancestral lineage of the Kom tribe in Cameroon, Central West Africa. Her formal training and an eventual invitation to be a teacher’s assistant & coach were through the lineage and tradition of Cecilia Weston Spiritual Academy created and led by Jade T. Perry.
Ultimately she is known for her passionate guidance, empathetic presence, and thought-provoking ways of deconstructing the status quo, holding space, promoting joy, and emphasizing the gift of presence while re-envisioning living in your full personhood.
