Khary Hornsby's passion is for developing programs and coaching individuals and organizations to employ cognitive, emotional and cultural intelligence skill-sets to create gracefully manage the diverse issues presented in a dynamic, culturally nuanced settings.
He is the founder of CēQ Connexion LLC (coaching and consulting services) and is also the founding Chief Global and Executive Programs Officer of University of California, Irvine School of Law's international programs.
Hornsby has over 18 years of experience in leadership positions and has conducted workshops and presentations in over 45 countries. He is also a certified life coach and yoga instructor and loves to dance salsa, kizomba and Brazillian zouk.
