Nicole Clark

Nicole Clark has more than 20 years of experience working in the FinTech, Finance and Consulting industries across New York and London. She is currently the Chief of Staff/Program Manager within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) group at Block, Inc. (Block brands include CashApp, Afterpay, Square and TIDAL.) Prior to joining the ERM team, she was a part of Compliance for over two years. Previously, Nicole was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs (GS) for 11 years, in which 10 years she was based in London and during this time became naturalized and gained UK citizenship. Prior to GS, she worked at Citi as a financial analyst and as a senior consultant at Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) in New York. Additionally, she is a creative who’s passion includes building communities. While living abroad in London, she ran and was the founder of both TheXpatLife, one of the first social media platform highlighting expats and nomads; and I Find It Incredible, a curated space to remind everyday black women that they are incredible and sisterhood is survival through pop up events, retreats and photoshoots. Nicole is a proud Detroit native and graduate of Howard University.
