About this speaker

Noelle Ojo is a seasoned traveler, educator, and advocate for African-American empowerment. With over 20 years of experience living and working in Africa, she brings a wealth of firsthand knowledge to “The Blaxit Effect.” From her time as a student to her career as a professional, Noelle has immersed herself in the diverse landscapes and communities of Sub-Saharan Africa - including Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, and Ghana. 

Driven by a passion for helping others achieve their dreams, Noelle is dedicated to supporting African-Americans on their journey to Blaxit—the life-changing experience of relocating to Africa. Through her book and ongoing initiatives, she aims to inspire and empower individuals to seize the opportunities that await them across the African continent.

Noelle holds a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and has been admitted to the Maryland Bar. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. Noelle enjoys international travel, reading culturally diverse literature, and is fluent in French. She has two children – a son and a daughter – and is the author of “The Blaxit Effect: The African-American’s Guide to Relocating to Africa.”
