About this speaker
Rudolphe “Rudy” Cabral was introduced to life abroad at an early age when his family moved to Portugal from their home country of Guinea-Bissau. After completing his studies in Portugal, Rudy’s international journey continued with work and living abroad experiences in Angola, Spain, and the UK, where he currently resides.
Rudy has dedicated his career to helping companies transform and expand their business models through technology and innovation, in multiple countries. He is a true believer in the power of digital and technology as tools to decentralize opportunities and democratize access to goods and services globally. That is why in 2018 he helped build FS-360 with the aim of creating global ecosystems for innovation and to spotlight those driving the change.
In 2020, Rudy cofounded Djassi Africa with the goal of advancing and backing African and Afro-diasporan innovators who are building tech-enabled startups to solve the world’s greatest challenges. He believes that by setting the right foundations now, we can take a big leap towards an empowered Africa and a better planet.
